19” Cabinet Installation Services

At Mayteck we understand service - we don’t just supply the products and leave everything else to the customer. We realise that extra bit of assistance always helps to ensure the project runs smoothly.

In the case of communication cabinets, Mayteck can project manage your installation from delivery and cabinet baying to supplied unit testing.

On site installation includes components such as cable management brackets, front panels, shelves, patch panels, KVM switches, rack monitoring and PDU’s - and even your own network equipment (including servers) into your cabinets.

Services include:

  • Project management
  • Unpacking internal components.
  • Fitting floor tiles for cabling access.
  • Baying racks together.
  • Fixing cabinet to floor tiles/floor or level adjustable feet.
  • Installing additional components, shelves, cable management etc.
  • Connect power distribution and test each PDU socket.
  • Powering up of systems and verify power indicators are on.
  • Checking that cooling, smoke or fire suppression systems work.
  • Removal of any additional packaging to customer designated area.

Post installation we are able to supply:

  • Quarterly or 6 monthly check up on fan trays and monitoring devices.
  • Servicing every 12 months or when required.
  • For any non standard components we are able to manufacture any special designs such as panels, support brackets, cable management, plinths, shelves, fan trays and PDU’s etc.- even modifications to cabinets. All with a fast turnaround.
